This Hot Cajun Crab Dip is creamy, spicy, rich, and flavorful. Baked and served straight from the skillet, it is incredibly easy to make and always makes an appearance at our family gatherings and holiday celebrations. Make it and see why it is always the first dish to disappear!

Ingredients

8 ounces lump crab meat

8 ounces (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese

4 ounces cream cheese, room temp

4 ounces mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon whole grain mustard

2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons lemon juice (and zest if you like it really lemony)

sliced green onion for topping

Instructions

  1. Reserve 1/4 cup cheddar for topping.
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients thoroughly and add to 8 inch skillet or baking dish.
  3. Top with reserved shredded cheddar.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes until browned and bubbly.
  5. Top with sliced green onions and serve hot with crackers and bread slices.
