Ingredients
8 ounces lump crab meat
8 ounces (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, room temp
4 ounces mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice (and zest if you like it really lemony)
sliced green onion for topping
Instructions
- Reserve 1/4 cup cheddar for topping.
- Mix all remaining ingredients thoroughly and add to 8 inch skillet or baking dish.
- Top with reserved shredded cheddar.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes until browned and bubbly.
- Top with sliced green onions and serve hot with crackers and bread slices.
