These Mulberry Mojitos are hard to beat and perfect for warm weather sipping. They are so refreshing and I can't get over that beautiful color from the muddled mulberries.

Instructions - How to Make a Mulberry Mojito
A mojito is a muddled cocktail meaning the first few ingredients are added to the glass and squished before adding the remaining ingredients. It is typically not strained but can be if desired.




Add lime wedges, sugar, and mint to the bottom of a highball glass and muddle very well to release the lime juice, bruise the mint, and dissolve the sugar. You can use a muddler, the end of a french rolling pin, or the handle of a wooden spoon. Next add mulberries and muddle again to release their juices.
Add rum and ice and top off with club soda. Garnish with fresh mint, fresh mulberries, and lime wedges.
